-
Why is my candle tunneling?Tunneling happens when the wax doesn’t melt all the way to the edge of the jar. For best results, burn your candle long enough (1.5–2 hours) on the first use to allow a full melt pool.
-
How do I care for the wooden wick?Trim your wooden wick to around 5mm before each burn. If the flame is too large or flickering, it’s likely too long and needs a trim.
-
Are your candles made with natural ingredients?Yes! All our candles are made with 100% soy wax, wooden wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils for a cleaner burn.
-
How long will my diffuser last?On average, our reed diffusers can last between 4-6 months, depending on room temperature, airflow, and how often you flip the reeds.
-
Can I control the scent strength?Yes. Use fewer reeds for a subtle aroma or more reeds for a stronger scent. Flipping the reeds regularly also boosts fragrance throw.
-
What should I do when the oil runs out?You can order a refill and replacement reeds from our store. You can reuse your original bottle to reduce waste. Simply clean it out with warm water and a gentle soap. Allow to dry before adding new scent.
-
How do I use wax melts?Break off 1–2 cubes and place them in a wax melt burner (electric or tea-light). Do not add water. Enjoy as the wax melts and releases scent.
-
How long does each wax melt last? Each cube offers approximately 6–10 hours of fragrance, depending on your warmer and space size.
-
How do I change the wax?Once the scent fades, allow the wax to cool and harden. Gently pop it out or absorb melted wax with cotton pads, then clean the dish before adding new melts.
