📦 Shipping Policy

At AROMA COLLECTIVE, we take great pride in ensuring your order is packaged with care and delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible.

 

🕒 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped on public holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship Australia-wide. 
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days (within Australia)

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (within Australia)

  • Click & Collect (Penrith, NSW): 1-3 business days - you will receive collection instructions via email/text. 

Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over $80 AUD.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email / text with a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel’s journey. 

 

📍Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses. If you notice a mistake or error in your request, please contact us ASAP via email at aroma.collective@outlook.com.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, AROMA COLLECTIVE is not liable for delays once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

 At AROMA COLLECTIVE, each product is carefully created, hand-poured, and packed with intention. We want you to absolutely love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

💭 Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you’ve selected the correct items before checking out. 

 

🕯️ Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Email us at aroma.collective@outlook.com

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. 

 

🏷️ Personalised & Custom Orders

All personalised or custom-label items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or faulty. We recommend double-checking all spelling and details before submitting custom orders. 

 

🚚 Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions via email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty. 

 

⏳ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
